Evaluation for article
I think overall this assignment was one of the easiest ones I have done this year because I love taking photos and putting things together, so this assignment was just perfect getting to take photos that I wanted to take and put them in an article in any way I wanted. Although this assignment was one of the easiest it was still a little bit hard. The reason why I found hard is because of the research, because I was stupid and done my article before doing any of the research I found it hard to do the research as I then had to find two magazines and two photographers that do wildlife magazines/photography. This was pretty difficult as I tried to use the Issuu website but everytime I typed in Wildlife it came up with loads of different things that I didn’t want. In the end I managed to find one article in mosaic magazine, and then an article on the national geographic website. The research on two photographers was a lot easier as there is a lot more photographers than there are magazines.
As to the actual article itself, I found this quite difficult because I was stuck between two ideas, the first being my FMP and the second being the Suffolk Show. In the end I decided to do my article on the Suffolk Show. I done a page spread, on each page there was a maximum of 3 pictures on each, a little bit of information on each one.
Overall I liked this assignment but found it a little bit hard, I think if I had of done all the work in the right order then I would of found this article assignment a lot easier.
